What You’ll Be Doing

As a Software Developer in our Digital Solutions team, you’ll work on a variety of bespoke software projects using technologies such as C#/.NET, React, Azure Services and AI. From greenfield builds to operational improvements, you’ll help clients solve business problems through technology while gaining exposure to a wide range of industries. You’ll also have the chance to speak directly with clients and stakeholders, bringing curiosity and fresh thinking to every project.

Your Day-to-Day

• Designing and building software solutions with C#/.NET and other modern technologies
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand challenges and explore solutions
• Contributing to a variety of projects, from proposals and hackathons to long-term client solutions
• Applying good DevOps practices to support delivery and deployment
• Proactively seeking opportunities to grow our Digital Solutions capability

What we're looking for

If some (or most) of the following sound like you, we'd love to hear from you:

• Experience working on web development projects with C#/.NET
  
• Ability to adapt quickly across different projects, industries and contexts
  
• Confidence discussing technical work with clients and stakeholders (with team support)
  
• Understanding of high-performing software teams, agile delivery and DevOps practices
  
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
  
• A natural curiosity and passion for technology

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with multiple external stakeholders
• Interest in staying up to date with the latest software development trends
• Knowledge of technologies in our stack, such as React, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB and AI services
